(Right) A traditional lion dance blessing celebration was performed at the beginning of the program by the Wah Ngai Lion Dance Association; President Barinna Poon, Director Philip Wang and Former Congressman Edward Case on stage together presented a laisee to the Lions.

(Right) Karen Poon (2nd left), this year grand prize winner, was awarded a round trip ticket to Hong Kong sponsored by China Airlines and a "Symphony of Lights Harbor Cruise" sponsored by the Hong Kong Tourism Board. Karen accepted the prizes on stage with Karen Pau, Sales Manager, China Airlines, Donna Ts'o, Immediate Past Chair, and Hamilton Liu, General Manager of China Airlines.
